Below is an email template you may use when emailing students on your campus about the PTK Scholarship opportunities. There is a section that you may want to customize depending on the internal deadline for your college, and this section is notated below in red.
Email Subject Line: All-USA Application Incomplete
Dear Applicant,
Your All-USA Academic Team application is incomplete and cannot be considered further. If you wish to remain an applicant and would like to be considered for nomination, please login and complete all incomplete items. Upon accessing your application, you will notice on your Dashboard that each section/tab of the application has an icon, and it also tells you how many questions remain for each section. All sections must display a green check mark and must say "Section Complete" to be considered complete. To access the application, please visit http://scholarships.ptk.org/.

Please login and complete the application prior to Thursday, December 1, 2023. Incomplete applications will not be considered for nomination. At a date closer to the deadline, we will notify you of our decision regarding whether or not you were selected to represent our college as a nominee.
