If a member held office in the spring, but not in the fall, should they be nominated for the Distinguished Chapter Officer Award or for the Distinguished Chapter Member Award?

Jennifer Stanford -

A member should be nominated for the Distinguished Chapter Officer Award if they held chapter office at any time between January and December of the same calendar year. Only members who did not hold office between January and December should be nominated for the Distinguished Chapter Member Award.

The Distinguished Chapter Member Award's purpose is to recognize the extraordinary efforts of a member who did not serve as a chapter officer.
