How do I calculate 'hours completed' for Question 2 of the Eligibility Quiz?

PTK Scholarships -

Question 2 of the PTK Scholarship Application's Eligibility Quiz asks students to provide the total number of credit hours completed by certain date milestones (January 2021, July 2021, & December 2021).

*This question is NOT asking how many hours you are taking each term - it's asking for a cumulative number completed by each date listed.  When answering this question, students should take the last total of hours completed and ADD IN the hours in progress each term to get your total completed as of each milestone date.  See example below:

By January 31, 2021, this student had between 12-36 hours TOTAL completed.  After completing the spring and summer 2021 terms, this student completed more classes, adding to their cumulative total of hours completed.  Their new total of hours completed now stands at 36-44 hours in their college career.  With their course load of hours for fall 2021, they plan to have completed over 50 credit hours by the time December 31, 2021, gets here.

You'll notice that the responses for number of credit hours to be completed increases as the student takes and completes more classes each term.  Your hours should never decrease by term as you cannot lose hours - you only gain them.
