USPS or FedEx indicates delivery of my package, but I can’t locate it. What should I do?

Check all doors and the perimeter of your home, apartment or business.  If you live in a duplex or apartment, please check with the manager’s office or your immediate neighbor.  If you are still unable to locate your delivered package, please contact us or call 800.946.9996 and we will begin a delivery investigation.
