Scholarship information in PTK Connect is visible to thousands of prospective transfer students. The following instructions are for four-year college admissions and financial aid representatives to ensure the most current, and accurate, award opportunities are reflected for their institution.
STEP 1, LOGIN

Password: - Forgot your password? No problem! Simply reset your password www.ptk.org/home/login/forgotpassword.aspx, or contact Sarah.Reynolds@ptk.org for assistance.
STEP 2, LOCATE YOUR SCHOLARSHIP(S)
Click on the "Add or Update Your Scholarships" option from the main dashboard.
STEP 3, UPDATE YOUR SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
All transfer scholarships associated with your college will be listed. Select the blue "Edit Scholarship" icon to begin updates. If the scholarship is no longer offered, select the red "Delete Scholarship" icon.
Provide any needed updates on each of the tabs. Make sure a contact person is included. The contact information provided on this page will be visible by all prospective transfer students using PTK Connect. Please ensure that the details provided are for a college representative, preferable an admissions/enrollment professional, who works with transfer students and is knowledgeable about scholarship opportunities at your institution.
Once all updates have been made for the scholarship, select the blue "Submit" button. This will save all the changes you made on each tab for this award.
A green "Success" message will appear at the top of your screen to confirm that your updates have been saved.
Congratulations! You are done with updates for this scholarship!
***Note*** Just a reminder: If your college has multiple scholarships in PTK Connect, you will need to follow the steps provided above for each award.
If your college offers a transfer scholarship that is not visible on PTK Connect, simply select the blue "Add New" icon from the manage scholarships page to provide details of the award. Don't forget to complete information for all the tabs and select the "Submit" button when complete.
