Vicki Morgan I too am trying to change my email address. I don't see any "messages" tab. This should be a simple thing. People change email addresses often.

Vicki Morgan The only fix for this is to contact help. To do this, click "help" under your profile photo on your dashboard. A new window will open. In the upper right you should see "Submit a Request" in blue, next to your name. Fill out the form. Be sure to let them know you are contacting help through the PTK website. I ran into a problem with them not understanding that I had followed that step. The help desk must do this. There is no "messages" area to change this. There is no fix on this site. You have to go through help. After you select "Submit a Request" when you start filling in the fields select "Other" then "General" will show up. I'm including some screen shots. I hope this helps.
They attached out of order, start at the bottom then work your way up.
